Mr. Francis Mureithi
A Director of Quest Civil Engineers Limited, Mr. Mureithi has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and supporting its growth. He is also a director of several group subsidiaries and holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Nairobi.
Mrs. Qiao Zhiying
Mrs. Qiao joined Quest Civil Engineers Limited from Sino Kenya Engineering Limited, where she served as Senior Manager. Her experience spans construction supervision, planning, programme controls and project management across major engineering developments.
Mr. Bai Yuehua
An Executive Director of Quest Civil Engineers Limited, Mr. Bai has been involved in investments, fundraising and structuring civil works. Prior to joining Quest, he served as a director at Sino Kenya Engineering Limited. He holds a BSc in Engineering.

Brings over 41 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management across projects of varying complexity. His career includes senior leadership in government projects and the State Department for Public Works.

Elijah joined Quest Civil Engineers Limited Group in February 2016 as Chief Finance Officer. Before joining Quest, he worked at Equity Bank and has since become a key figure in the company’s financial development and growth.

Leads construction operations with a strong background in civil engineering and project planning, providing technical and operational oversight across the company’s construction portfolio.

Supports technical delivery and site operations, bringing hands-on civil engineering knowledge and practical experience to project implementation.
